Me and a couple fellas spent the better part of six months developing a proprietary atmospheric detection system using radar, barometric pressure, livestock behavior and several things the government would prefer we not discuss. It tracks suspicious precipitation patterns, unusual cloud activity and any organized effort to make your pickup dirty immediately after you washed it.
